    It should be +1 death...
    For crossing the line.... sometimes you try to dodge, and you can pass the line for like 1-2 cm or sumthing without being specced (learned from playing on the edge there a lot) so when you go over the line a lil bit too much, you'll get specced and get like +7 deaths at once, which is just outrageous.

    So change it to +1 death, or make the spawning thing a safe, with walls surrounding it ( in the middle of the arena preferable, so you can see where your opponents are ) where you hit the wall on the inside of this safe which makes you warp to different positions in the base, decided by where you hit the wall ( top left is top left in base, etc. ) And you have like 15 seconds in safe time, and then you get specced.... and if you warp have an engine shut-down for 15 seconds, so you warp stand still in safe for 15 seconds and get specced.... so warping isn't just only +1 death, but also -1 lagouts....

    This would be a good idea.... but i think it would take a lot of work to make new arena and to get this all to work smooth...

    Get idea's suggestions instead of just whining about stuff. kthx

      no that doesnt make you stupid. ive seen plenty of competent people accidentally hit the warp key. and no one is going to avoid a 5fer if you use a little something called ANTI-WARP. +1 death should be the standard, not a fucking 0-10, that shit is retarded.

      im with conn on this one.

          Say u got 1 enemy on 1 side and 2 enemies on the other side and the guy shoots, u warp, and he will 2fer his own teamates, that would be kool!

            I got a good idea for this thread. How about before you go to any twjds...you remove your warp key from options, that way there will be no accidents.

              Anyone who warps on "accident" should be given the 10 deaths for being a douche. There's no excuses, you can make the changes so you don't do the accidental warps.

                Once youve played trenchwars for several years hitting insert when your about to die can just become a reaction. Like if your a terr, you learn to do it if you have a port, and in a warbird, if you warp there is no penalty.

                But in a javelin if you warp, theres no second chances. Maybe a tempory solution would be to take the baseelim 'warning out of base' idea, so you get a second chance. Although in twd and twl you get a 30 second warning, many of you know it will spec you after 2 seconds. So mabey the bot needs a revamp.

                    I still dont see why there should be any penalty for warping. If you are even able to warp, then the other team deserves for their shot to miss, they should have hit Anti.

                        ya i mean i play with TWLJ key settings in league matches which obviously excludes the warp button anyways so its not a big deal, but when you're pubbing or basing then you start a jd sometimes you just instinctively hit the warp button.

                        i dont think "being a douche" qualifies for giving someone an 0-10, or else Izor wouldn't get very far in TWD

                          Mega Newbie just got it...

                          why spec someone if he warps? I mean warping is a main thing in TW... its allowed in all arenas and since everybody starts their careers in pub (where you sometimes have to warp) it is just a shitty thing. If you dont want the enemy to warp, just use Anti-Warp... Therefor a jav got it. This whole shitty spec shit is crap...

                          no speccing for warp!!!

                            What if u just hit F11(or what ever your spec key is) instead of warping and spec then u only get +1 death and +1 lagout

                            If u hit warp however u would get +10 deaths and be out.

                            Thats why the warp penalty is stupid and u cant use anti warp to stop someone pressing F11.
