Limit for lag in twd?

I have a question. Is there going to be a limit in TWD for lag? Becuase I have played many prac's in the .?go prac areas, and there is obviously not. Some people need to be speced.

400ms and 5% ploss

TWJD:
400ms and 13% ploss (might change)

TWBD:
500ms and 13% ploss
