TWD ladder tweek

Hay-dar,

I think the TWD is a little confusing b/c 1. people don't know off hand how many squads qualify for TWL, and 2. how many matches does it take to be considered? IT;d be nice if the info was posted right on the ladder and colour code the squads for easy viewing.

It would be a cool ladder upgrade if we could add a feature where the colour of the squad name changes if they currently qualify for TWL. Now you say well that's easy you just take the top how many squads, right? Well how many matches does it take to qualify to play? There's several squads in the middle who have only played somewhere between 1-8 matches. They haven't played enough matches to qualify, which in my opinion should be at least 25 matches.

There should be a little note above the ladder about how many matches it takes to qualify, and how many squads are accepted. AND, your squad name should be red to start, change to yellow if you've played enough matches to qualify, and change green if you've both played enough matches and also are in the top X squads that TWL is accepting.

This would be a nice TWD ladder upgrade, and shouldn't take too much work to complete.

Taken under consideration, but its not that its "hard" to impliment
its more of the time it'll take at the moment.

Theres only a couple of webcoders and we have alot to keep up with
and make at the moment as it is.
And because its spare time we use to do this stuff,
RL work/etc eats into the little time we can spare...

Im not saying it wont be done, just dont expect it to be done quickly.
Following the TWL theme, on the agenda (but will more likely be done
for the next TWL) is a new TWL site also...

Sorry dreamwin the twl qualification rules clearly state that if you lame squadrons out of points more than two times you cant play twl. Unfortunately for you your squadron has done this like 8 times. HF newbies

I kinda like the idea, but like RiiStar said, much to do over a few talented people. Bring up the idea again (talk to me in game) after TWL is over and the odd's of it getting done will be much higher. There are just too many things being worked on right now with too few people capable of doing the coding.
