Squads should be at 20 players max but seeing as theres bd, maybe 25-30 would be more fitting

There should be a cap at 25. It would definitely increase competition.

Maybe in TWL, something not too drastic like lowering the cap to 30 instead of 35, but anymore than that it's asking for a lot of squads being pissed off.

you can also blame the players that prefer sit in spec than joining a squad that hasn't have a name.

as much as leagues are what gives this game a big boost of activity, if this game was just about the gameplay it would've died out 5 years ago. it's a mix between growing close to some people and the gameplay. there's squads and people you've played with and against for years and years, and that's what makes it just special enough to keep on going. (till everyone starts leaving or gets forced to split up from their squads because of bright ideas like this)

people who are currently benchers or not even on a twl roster yet good enough to start in another squad, wouldn't join the annoying crap squads after a forced roster cut, they'd just quit, making it easier for other old players to quit aswell.

roster capping twl with 35 i don't care about (having more than 35 active players makes the job for a cap impossible anyway), but making the number far lower, or having a limit for twd is just a ridicilous idea that only squadhoppers will support because they've ran out of squads to hop to.

If a squad has been around for 8 months or more, their roster limit for TWD is 40
If a squad has been around for 5 months, their roster limit is 35
If a squad has been around for 3 months, their roster limit is 30
If a squad has been around for less than 3 months, their roster limit is 25

It promotes squad longevity by benefiting squads that have stuck it out longer instead of taking the easy route and just dissolving. Additionally, it doesn't harm squads that have been around for awhile and have many people on the roster that are there as friends.

I haven't thought about all the pro's and con's, just something quick off the top of my head. The only serious con that's apparent is that it might actually make it too hard for some of these guys to captain new squads...but then again, if you can't manage to run a squad for more than 3 months without dissolving, maybe you shouldn't be running one to begin with?
