  • how many procedures like this are there?

not that i care much, but why have retarded procedures like:

    - you first have to ask captains of both squads for permission to kill a game, eventhough you actually already made up your mind you're going to have to kill the game because the bot is malfunctioning beyond your ability to fix it.

(according to O.M.G. and Tyler, that's the current 'procedure')

how does that make sense? how will that not piss of the winning team who doesn't give you permission when you ask it, because they have no clue what's going on, and then see you killing that game anyhow 5 seconds later without an explanation or anything.
PERHAPS this would make more sense: 1) explain what's going on; bot is malfunctioning or w/e and you can't fix it. 2) apology to the teams that you have to kill the game. 3) kill it.

bunch of frigging robots on staff that can't think for themselves for 1 second like always.. so annoying..

no hard feelings to pirates. sucks for us you guys finally got a 4th wb online after over an hour of trying to get a simple dd done, and to finally rape us with. we'll have to search elsewhere for easy points i guess..

One as far as im aware, has been instated since TWD 1st started from my understanding...

Perhaps it is time we amended and make the "procedure" more clear for all parties involved...

Seems more of a problem of communication to me, which isn't explicitly taught to staffers. Some people communicate better than others.

No offense man, but you are only giving parts of the whole situation to make it out like you were wronged. The bot messed up and added both squads to the same frequency. We all removed our players and tried again but it still didn't work right. There wasn't really a magic fix to the issue other than killing the bot because there was only a minute or so left when the game was killed. They probably could have manually changed our frequencies, but how were the staffers to know which squad was supposed to be on which frequency? It's true that they probably should have just said sorry the bot is messing up and we have to kill it... but in the end I'm fairly certain they mad the right decision given the amount of time they had left.

so it messed up during the second round or something?

the same thing happened to us (with both squads on the same freq) but i think it was before the 1st round started. I can't remember if the game got killed or not, but at that point it didn't matter.

sucks if happened after you had already won a round though, but it sounds like there really wasn't an alternative, and that you're upset they didn't tell you what was going is a bit unneccessary since them telling you wouldn't have changed a thing.

danknuggets you aren't very good at reading are you?

i'm not even arguing that a bot can malfunction sometimes and a game has to be killed, which usually sucks for the squad that's ahead, those things happen, luckily not so often.
my point is that staff apparantly has a 'procedure' for how to handle these situations, and it makes no sense at all. they have to ask captains of each squad for permission to kill a game that they'll have to kill ANYHOW. apparantly it's against procedures (this is how it was explained to me, really) to just tell the squads they're going to have to kill the game. why this 'procedure' exists is beyond me.

and scoop; i didn't go into details about the game, because it's mostly the procedure i find hilariously crappy. but yes for this particular game, manually assigning the squads to a freq would've been an easy fix, which i don't get why wasn't done or at least tried out, but i'm not gonna start about that, it's a dead end street. a complaint like that about a staffer won't go anywhere.

squads play an average of what, 250 games before resets? if they active.... go play another, or rechallenge, we are all tired of your crying
