I registered the squad Cock for TWD last week and had some people join.
When we try to get to playing, we ran into a bit of a problem.

YA SEE, when we sent challz to other squads, the bot said it did send them.
Unfortunately, the squads we challenged could not receive the challz for
some reason, even when disabling the obscenity filter.

SO, somewhere between the bot and the other squadron, the Cock was lost.

ALSO, when the other squads tried to challenge us, they couldn't for some reason.

MY QUESTION is, is this a technical issue? Or is it designed to be this way?
If not, is it easy to fix? 'cause I'd love Cock.

Probably because the bot filters cock. We here at TW staff disavow any knowledge and therefore silence any mention of cock in the zone. In the future perhaps you should try c0ck, coc|<, or even the hilarious version [o[k, thankyou.
