As far as the shipchange, isnt that kinda why they limited the # of shipchanges? is 5secs really gonna matter all that much all you have to do is wait it out, unless its the last 5secs of the game no?. And the other team can do the same. Wouldnt we have to do it to both shipchange and switchplayer subplayer, spec etc etc. Hmm limit each player to one ship change. But yeah i know what you are saying. Other hand isnt it just as lame as them using your gay mine.

Not even sure where to start. I think its just that people are better in certain ships, I dont beleive one is better then other (dd,jd,bd). There isnt one person thats the best in every single ship in tw. Has any squad Triple crowned?

10 seconds would be best now that I think about it. I agree witness, waiting out 5 seconds would always be better then allowing your cram to get destroyed by a bad mine, if you use !change to spider and back to shark right after your third rep, there would be no difference for you at all. If, however, you had to wait 10 seconds, there is a good chance your cram will be gone by the time you get back in anyways. I would not want to go above ten seconds so that when someone wants to change 2 ships they don't have to wait too long. Reducing the # of available ship changes is unnecessary. Adding a 10 second time delay to !switch WOULD be necessary though, another good point witness. You can simply switch with another spider and back just as easily.

I think it'd be acceptable if you just made the delay time equal to the wait time before using the !lagout function. I think that's 15 seconds?

Another solution is for the squad captains/asscaps not to do this, and for other squadies not to tolerate it. (There already are some squads and players that have never used ship switch to cover their ass.)

But that it is too much to expect, being lame is the default behavoir for many squads in TW, so a rule should be in place to babysit the morons.

base prolly the most skilled league, considering theres 100% more luck involved in jd/dd u can stray anyone anytime in those games, base u actually have to use teammates to help gain ground and break crams, not saying theres no teaming in dd/jd, there is, i know, im a ld champ coorder :fear: but in those types of games it is easy for 1-2 ppl to dominate a game from start to beginning without a team, in basing, u dont team u lose, period

Basing boils down to who has the laggiest player who can hit jav or warbird shots, not about who has the most skill. How can you even compare the infinitely complicated teaming process in twdd and twjd to the crappiest league of them all, twbd.
