Idea for new lag limits

tired idea -- how about limit the lag limits by continent?

100 ms lag limit in america

200 ms lag limit in europe/south america

300 ms lag limit in australia/asia

I'm rarely below 100ms on TW (and even when I get there, its only briefly, as my low never drops below 90), and I live on the West Coast of the US with a 20Mbit cable connection. That lag limit would prevent me from DDing at all. Not a fun idea to alienate a time zone.

Ping doesnt mean anything at all. It only means the time that a packet spends to travel from the TW router to our pc. But this time is like nothing in real life (miliseconds).
Some guys eats just cause of spikemed. I think the limit on twd is 0.9
You guys could set it a little higher.
