long story short, i need help getting a new squad off the ground. the twd reset is happening as i type this, which means the 35 player roster limit will now be in effect. surely there will be some older players without homes, and there are plenty of pubbers to go seek out and bring into the wonderful world of twd.
the rest of the story goes like this:
i could be lazy and take one of the last few spots on a squad that doesn't need (or probably want) me at all. instead, i'm doing what this rule was intended to get us to do.
this will not be a success if some of you don't stand up and lend me a hand. i'm going to force myself to be more active than i've been lately. i just settled in from a move into a new place. i got a promotion at work which actually (believe it or not) is going to give me more weeknight evening availability to get in the game.
i'm looking for players who are willing to suffer through the growing pains of a new squad.
i'm looking for players who are willing to play next to newbies who don't know everything there is to know and will thus be frustrating at times.
i'm looking for newbies who are willing to learn from more experienced players.
basically, i'd like to do what royst is doing with -tenure-, but i can't do it by myself. i can promise you i won't punk out like aura did. he puts up a thread and inside of a week he's tucking his tail between his legs and running away. fuck that. if you join me, i can at the very least promise you that i won't give up easily.
so if anyone is interested, hit me up either in this thread, with a forum pm, or an in-game ?message.
