Change to minimum player number in TWDD and TWJD

This is seriously very bad "improvement". Playing 3vs3 feels like ?go duel and sucks.
Change it back now when all older inactive players decide to get active again for TWL again. If they see this 3vs3 fiasco, they'll give up this game for good.

Wow an actual twd change! Even if it doesnt work out I'm happy that someone is finally experimenting to see what works/ what doesn't. I will start playing this game again . Now just add hockey to twd and it should get interesting.

Even this late in the game we're still experiencing 3 players wanting to do one league and one player not being entirely interested OR the 4th player is hosting a billion retarded events in a row for pubbers.
