I was drinking one night and came up with the idea of making a whole thread on basing legends. I know this isn't an original idea, but I think the way that I (with immense help from jerome and solace) list the all time greats is unique. The way we put it together was by tiers/categories, because everyone brought their own style to the game. I started around 2003 and had a hiatus around 2012-2015, so I will be missing some past and recent stars (forgive me). I would love for people to chip in and add players that I’m missing and discuss whether on not people should be on a list. It is very hard to rank these players because they played in different eras of the game and each made major impacts on how the game was played. We tried our best!
Terrs:
Tier 1:
- Cape- I never had the pleasure of being on the same squad as Cape, but his resume speaks for itself. He help create the most dominate basing squad ever, so he must be doing something right.
- Brookus- He was the best terr I have ever played with, hands down. His whole team could be dead, but somehow he stayed alive long enough to give his team a fighting chance. He was also boss at reading his sharks' reps and breaking cram. Alongside that he was a great captain and helped run A-S for years. Just don’t get him mad. You won’t like him when he is mad.
- Warportal- He helped run one of the best basing squads when TWLB became a thing.
- Mythrandir- Same thing as warportal, both great at terr in the early days
- Mitch- See above
- Dead Rain- DR helped Penetrate win their first LB title.
- Cintra- Helped Penetrate win their second LB title
- Mikkiz- This fucker is hard to kill. Probably the best terr left in the game
Tier 2:
- Dead Rain- DR helped Penetrate win their first LB title.
- Tim- Was a great terr for Pandora.
- Zizu- I’ve always rated the chap
- Mikkiz- Same as above. This fucker was hard to kill.
- Oderus Urangus- As of right now, the dude has moves
- Pure Luck- Made a lot of errors in dodging. He died at some of the dumbest things, but he had a lot of tricks in his book which made it possible for him to win against any team.
- Jebu- Very good terr. Played with him on basingcrew.
- Everett- That –final- LB run
Sharks:
Tier 1:
Za gopher
Windreaper- He helped invent the cram, which ruined the game.
Vatican Assassin- Great leader. I played with him on Pandora/heist and rejected basers. Great guy and a great leader. It was kind of funny watching him almost apologize for his squad for losing in the finals to dice when eelam and mouse ran their mouth. They played the villains very well.
Stabwound
A2m- this dude right here can rep bullets.
Dwopple- Played with him in my basingcrew and syndicate days. This dude was aggressive as hell in the eight ship.
Veloce-
Fermata- Porkjet, this hot piece of ass. He mastered aiming his shrap, and semen.
Zidane- I was afk for 3 years and this dude became a boss at shark. I only knew him as a top jav before.
Mattey- Offensive shark. Can bomb the fuck out of a cram if the opposing sharks miss one beat.
Panhandler + PaulOakenfold- They were just average alone, but they were the wonder twins when they sharked together. They just had incredible synergy.
Tier 2:
Miau- Old school shark.
Greven- Another old school shark.
Jeenyuss- Very intelligent shark. He helped create Penetrate and was an amazing leader/shark.
Eggs R Evil- My memories of this man come from his spastic and disoblige days. This man had reps for days
Fireballz- Will be remembered as a warbird, but should be respected as a shark. Him and dwopple led syndicate to the finals in LB.
X Machine- The sex machine. This dude was a force for diso. Putting him tier 2 might be a crime.
PH- became a great offensive shark
Tabernack!!- an amazing offensive shark
Jr5- This Brazilian fuck could lag through walls. But he was damn good at it.
Credit Account- Was a great shark for Mambo.
Apocalypse now!- Holy shit, I just remembered this dude’s name. He was very good.
Spiders:
Pushers
Tier 1:
- Megaman89- even though I have an A-S bias, this man definitely was the best spider I’ve ever played against. He was an amazing killer, but was the building block for Dice’s dynasty.
- Holydude- Second best pushing spider imo. He was stupid good at breaking crams and winning fr battles with a td.
- Solacer- I know he played under sometimes, but he is a top 20 spider of all time.
- Nuudeli- fun to watch him run the tables at mambo
- Jamal- He was annoying good, especially in his Spastic days
- Hellkite- the dude just pushes the forward key and holds down control and he is very good at it.
- Bram- Was a leader for diso’s spids.
- Eelam- Love him or hate him, the dude went neck to neck with mm89 and the dice crew
- Koan- He raped for –final-
- Royst- He was a boss for Penetrate.
- Tsumetai- Him and Royst merked people
- Sarger- played with this boss at basingcrew. Top lad.
- Banzi-
- Ezo
Tier 2:
- Mouse- hard to put this man in tier 2. He might deserve a shout for tier 1. Him and eelam were annoying as fuck to deal with.
- Hellzno!- Was a great spider for Pallies
- lionheart- He was a great pusher
- Trouper- that Pandora lineup would have beaten anyone… besides dice lol.
- Nosey- He literally pushed forward and sometimes decided to push control
- paska- idk where to put paska and suede, but they were hard to deal with
- Ease- very good at spid. Not sure if he deserves to be this low.
- jr5- his lag was amazing and his spiding was great too
- spikey- his name says it all. Tremendous talent
- kess- had some skill. People forget about him.
- Anon- I remember playing this dude when he was on Spastic. Very solid spid.
- Anidalife-
Best Killers
Tier 1:
- Cripple- This guy has to cheat. He is like Hitler.
- Lunch3- Him and cripple are the best killers in the game’s history imo.
- Necromotic- Yeah, fuck this guys lag and skills.
- Shayde- He hopped around on more squads than anyone I have ever seen, but the dude could kill
- Leitz- He was a force for BasingCrew.
Tier 2:
- Jrahen- I want to put him into tier 1, but I think he just misses the cut. Its probably because each game depended on the amount of coke he snorts before a match.
- Leitz- He was a force for BasingCrew
- Roggan- Killed a lot of people
- Nl>Trigger/Nl>Terminator- Idk which one is which, but one is really good at shark one is really good at spid
- No One Can Kill Me- He could play any ship tbh
- Glavitik- This man was always good, then something clicked and he became great.
- Squallff8- ^ You could easily argue that glavitik and squall could go tier 1. Both are great, but I just don’t think they reached the tier 1 level.
Campers
Tier 1
- Spybreak!- he could clear the FR from the spawn area. He had amazing aim and had amazing angles
- Don’t Try to Resist- I remember in the height of the A-S/Spastic rivalry, this guy was a boss. He was an amazing killer
- trasher- love this dude
- Sika- he was just all around great.
- Domi- He could be tier 1 or 2 in almost every ship.
Tier 2
- Cremation- he got very good at camping.
- eeks- he pitched a tent or two and killed people
- Nethilia- He had to have taken notes on Spybreak.
Under
Tier 1
- Mikes- yeah, he is the grandfather of under apparently. A great dude/player
- Zhou- my little azn friend is fucking good
- Zung- gud at spider.
- Spezza- kado describes him as “he’s a great aggressive under, has great aim, and can over amazingly. He will get mvp a lot of the time”. Jerome describes him as “I like hokki and probably gaY irl.”
- Stayon- I’m not sure why his name isn’t up here. I’m not sure where to classify him as, but he is definitely not a camper. Dominate spid.
Tier 2
- Turmio- Penetrated a lot of people
- Acidbomber
Basebirds
Tier 1:
- Fire Phoenix- This mother fucker here. He was sooooo annoying if you played against him
- Divine Rides- He could hunt a terr down
Tier 2:
- Kuukunen- I remember this dude in his mambo days
Base Javs
Tier 1:
- No One Can Kill Me- It would suck to shark against this dude
- Domi- by the time you saw his lag bomb, your team was dead
- Necromotic- Lagged like hell. Like disgustingly bad.

Terrs:
Tier 1:
