Currently no double squadding is allowed. In the past special exceptions were made for players who were running newb squads where the idea was to introduce steam players to the TWD experience.
I do think a new argument can be made to allow this for the sake of activity.. especially if we allowed the formation of 3 to 5 basing squads. It would be cool to see basing games in TWD return. Players could be allowed to double squad say... only when it comes to basing games. IMO we should do this but would need league ops decisions to implement it.
