Basically I'm asking how will it work for squads which aren't already part of the other TWL leagues (but are in at least one of them) to join the others.

Tobe: having a chat is a good idea indeed, once it's running, we'll have such a chat for each type of game: dueling, javelin, basing. Also, I'm thinking of having a forum dedicated to scheduling.
Witness: additional detection mechanisms for doublesquadding will be added to the bot and the website.
