if you're really struggling and want to understand it - focus on the difference between time zones. the usual difference of 5 hours is now 4 hours. - and it's scheduled in ET so translate from their time to ours. (2+5=7, 2+4=6)

This only makes sense if the scheduling is bound to a timezone affected by DST. Thought it was based on UTC. I just went to twdt.trenchwars.com and saw it's on 110 mins so it has come forward. Weird.
