TWDT 30 Regular Season results and addressing controversy of 3-way tie for 5th/6th

I took the liberty to rewrite TWDT rules using the TWL rules as a base, this includes a clarification to the tiebreaker rule for future seasons should there be any.

Feel free to change it or use it as a base for all that I care, but nevertheless it's about time we updated the rules and covered more bases with it to minimize the risk of shit like this happening in the future.
