I created them around a couple of rules and morals, none of them wanted to uphold them and they asked me to step down. I did so and became squadless for a couple of weeks before I even started to THINK about joining another squad.

Adman leaves squads based on skill. Don't get me wrong, I like Adman, I think he's a great guy... but not the first one I'd trust to stay on my squad (believe me, I've trusted him before, and he left just the same).

It didn't matter. Anti-Scrub is already in TWLB since they were in playoffs last season. You need to filter out the returning squads on that ladder to know what position you're in.
