trying to predict twl is impossible, anyone at anytime can have fluke games/bad games, general upsets...u just dont know whats going to happen. Why bother with all the threads of predictions. You just set yourself up with a fall if your wrong, although even i struggle to see how syndicate or pallies would be able to screw up enough not to make the playoffs.

People fail to factor in activity, as it becomes an evident issue after the 3rd week. Players begin to slack and sit back on their 3-0 or 2-1 rec, and leave some games for other players to fill in. If everyone has this mentality, a domino effect will occur and showing a decent line becomes an issue. Then you get games that have underrated squads showing their top lines while top tier squads can only show 2nd and 3rd stringers.

i dunno, its kinda lame to predict your own squad to be undefeated champs, i just think its fairly realistic to expect we will choke atleast one of the tough matches. matches vs the top couple of squads depend alot on showups.

Good point, I resend my pallies statement, they are particularly vulnerable to the show issue in ld as they have three very good wbs, but drops off steeply after that. I don't think its as much of an issue with -F- or Synd, deeper lineups. They could both have have 2 or 3 starters not show and field a 90% as good lineup.

The most likely situation is going to be that the best players on ancients arent online or just too drunk toplay or having too bad hangover to play.

Yep thats true, BS got fukall to lose, just like 3-4 of the other squads in TWLD, have fun, try your best, pickup a win or two and then build on that.

Your predicting the squads to beat us we have fuking easily dealt with, melee/egypt/avo/verone/ancients/ have proved no problem for us and wont again.

If predictions are being made atleast base them on something, just not reputation from forums.

Awesome is rite, u guys, bs, melee or any squad not getting respect in TWLD will always be the underdogs cept vs each other. Just accept that role, play ur best each week, dont die, and try to improve ur squad for the next season. U cant expect to be top of theline ur 1st season unless ur made to win like many squads are. Just take it how it is and dont complain. Many squads such as Dragonguard last season were predicted much like urself, and solstic last sesaon were predicted to do bad. Sure solstic did and dissolved but they did upset light i think? and Dragonguard this season is predicted to do atleast 1:1 and probably make playoffs. Just go with the flow. Upsets are alays gonna happen bc of showup probs or just bc of having a bad day/outteamed vs someone. earn ur respect ON the game not by trash talking on here. All that does is make u guys more hated and make squads try MORE vs u.
