Reading your heated little rant leveled itself amongst the composition of a five year old in kindergarten; I just wasted my time. Even if the powerhouse conference's best team would still win playoffs, it's still better than having all the squads in both conferences get laid waste to by powerhouse squads; this way the worse conference's best team still earns a chance at the squad that dominated the better conference.

Besides, having an overall more competitive season within the 10 rounds outweights some one competitive powerhouse playoff in the end.

Also if u put all the "top" squads into 1 conference and the "weaker" into the other u'd like someone said, have a boring playoffs on 1 side, and have a hella boring Finals. Just watch the NBA Finals for the past 5 years or so. Its never a contest between the east/west, everyone knows the west will win, and win quite ezily. U also have to remember, we award the squads who make playoffs a free spot in next years TWL. Im sure u dont want 4? "weaker" squads getting a free ride into TWL. Its a good reward for squads working hard all season long. Keep the conferences even, do a mixed Playoffs with a ranking from 1-8? and 1 v 8, 2v7, 3v6, 4 v 5 in 1st round. And so on. The higher the ranking the ezier the way to playoffs. It is also another reward for squads trying during the season. And it will probably end up with the best FINALS u can get aka 1v2.
