A good Idea

I remeber maybe about 3 years ago or so TWL had 2 leagues. 1 was for the teams that were considered the top squads. And the other league was for the rest. This is a good idea to make TWL more enjoyable for everybody. And maybe there could be something like the squad that wins it all in the lower league gets a shot at the top league or soemthing. Just a thought.

I think he means TWD, then a TWL-Lower and TWL-Upper type division.

ie: Newbie squad develops (lets say imprecate.) imprecate obviously can beat quite a few jd squads, but it isnt TWL worthy. So, it moves to TWL-Lower, where it can play squads on the nearly same level as it, and get good through the year. Then if its good enough, TWL-Upper. If not, it has to requal for lower.

I'm not for it, but i'm just explaining my idea of what he's saying. I think adding another league is too much burden unless we hire the entire Chaos league staff to be our slaves.

Actually he means the TWL- upper and lowertier. After the season, the team in lowertier that was #1 moved up to uppertier, as the team that finished last in the uppertier moved down to the lowertier. But we have TWD now, so it's not needed.

he checked the twlm site, deluge (underground, you may wanna filter out all those squads that were listed more than once.)

i dont think the top 8 squads in twl in one league, and the lower 8 squads in another, is a good idea. it's fine the way it is now.

I thought this was a good idea at first. Like Hockey Zone. They have it set up so the good teams play in rshl and the lower in mshl. Winner of mshl gets invited to rshl the following season. TW coudlnt do this i think because we have way too many people. Also, we have 3 leagues. How would u split that up? The 8 or so best teams in each league or 8 teams to play in all 3 leagues? HZ doesnt have nearly as many people or teams as tw, and for that matter, most of all the teams hz has plays in the leagues. Would be hard to set up in the end in my opinion. - genes

i like the 2 ladder system. . . you could probably fit 10 squads into each, more people get to play and the top squads don't have to worry about these guys talking out of their ass about how good they are, and then going 2-10 in a nine minute game come twl. . .

This wont work because a lot of squads dissolve and reform between seasons, I think that was one of the reasons why the idea was scrapped to begin with.
