TWLJ
Ancients vs. Grapevine - Hmm, what shall I say here, Grapevine is not a jav oriented team, and I dare say they are pretty darn bad at it, they wont move into playoffs and will win very few games. Ancients on the other hand are very inactive as I said earlier but are a pretty decent jav team either way, i think their inactivity wont make them lose here but will prevent them from getting the usual upset wins they normally do. Either way i think they will manage to go to playoffs. Winner here is Ancients
Ideal lineups: Fallen Haven, Plob#f, Sweeper, Utopia, SEAL vs Cxi, Dark.Punk!, Purex, Deck, Phrenitis
MVP: Fallen Haven
LVP: Purex
Sk8 vs. -FINAL- - My squad again, well i think my squad is one of the main contenders for jav with few that can really be a threat to us, however i consider Sk8 to be one of those squads, underestimate them and they will be there to take the oppurtunity, Sk8 has a pretty good top lineup and some decent subs, i reckon they are far from the teaming they had last season and noone really steps up for the loss of amputate since last TWLJ, so they are a weaker squad overall but capable of upsetting nonetheless. -FINAL-
Ideal lineups: Ease, Physt, culex, Rogue, Horror vs SURPRISE
MVP: SURPRISE N. 2
LVP: Physt
Melee vs. Mambo - I have nothing against Melee being in this league, but i do know they wont get a single win in the division they are in, and preseason wont be any different. Mambo on the other hand is the whiterabbits of last season, a basing squad that will focus on javing as well, B.Rabbit and MM GOD will rack a few wins for them but no more than that, no playoffs and an overall below 1:1 season, still a gg, they have the best newcoming jav in my eyes, B.RABBIT ROCKS!. Winner will be Mambo.
Ideal lineups: Limit, ragnarok., smackattack, hairygroin, Jebu vs B.Rabbit, MM GOD, subby, evul, fizzy
MVP: B.Rabbit
LVP: ragnarok.
Pirates vs. Egyptian - Alot of no brainer matchups in TWLJ, this is another one of those, Egyptian is nothing more than a mediocre jav team, whereas Pirates is on of the top mid tier teams and one of the most capable of upsetting the big guns. Pirates is a playoff caliber team and will be able to keep most matches close, they just dont have the POWER OF THE CLUTCH, as my buddy Vorbis would put it. Winner of course to be Pirates.
Ideal lineups: Hercules, Dark!, Kim, Crazy Canockout, dan vs Nasir, Cross, exploid, Incondor, WHiskey in the Jar
MVP: Dark!
LVP: exploid
Disoblige vs. Rapid - Ok, these two teams seem to hate each other and will have the chance to battle it out here, too bad for Rapid, Disoblige isnt any worst than they were last season although they wont do as good, they are good enough to win this uneven matchup and turn it into a slaughter. Disoblige picked up very solid javs since last season, and Rapid, well they arent any good at this ship. So another no brainer, Disoblige wins.
Ideal lineups: Da1andonly, Lemon, Decypha, Desperate, Pjotter vs Crystal, Carbon, Blindado, Piston, disown
MVP: Decypha
LVP: Carbon
Pallies vs. Tanked - This is starting to get boring, all these uneven matchups its not even funny, Pallies has a much better lineup now than they had last season, and that got them till first round of playoffs, lets see how far they can go now, this is the one league they have no chance to win however. Tanked on the other hand, they have had their problems but they seem to have kept at least a handful of decent javs, wont get them anywhere but will make them able to at least ambition a win vs a bottom tier team.
Ideal lineups: HELLZNO!, Force of Nature, Lethe, Jav Lawman, Blood vs Dril, Easton, iwill/u, genes, Spirit
MVP: Blood
LVP: Easton
Syndicate vs. Shriek - OK! Game of the week right here. Two jav powerhouses will battle it out for preseason supremecy if that matters to anyone. Syndicate is a mix beetween the best of Elusive and the best of the upcoming javs from last season such as Amputate and Rough, that makes for a pretty awesome team if u ask me. Whereas Shriek, they have always been good, and have always relied on lag but what counts is results, and Shriek is a team that gets them, lets hope they dont dissolve before playoffs this season. Im predicting Syndicate here, because they play a smarter style and because its only one round, cause if it were 3 Annul would choke the 1st one like he always does but would own them the last 2 rounds.
Ideal lineups: Amputate, Rough, demonfaze, Mr. Spam, 2dragons vs Merce, Mess, Annul, Ruine, Evasion
MVP: Rough
LVP: Annul
Dragonguard vs. Elenya - Another shit matchup with shit teams, i dont think Dragonguard will stay competing in TWLJ for the whole of it, because they are truely not very good at it, they will just stop caring halfway when they realize they won get a single win. Elenya on the other hand has nothing else but TWLJ to play, so im guessing they will play as many games as they can just thankful that they get to play them, this will give them a learning experience and hope next season they come stronger.
Anyhow, no matter how bad Dragonguard is, they still have the edge here, win goes to Dragonguard.
Ideal lineups: Chronicbob, Machu, OceanboyNZ, newb, confluence vs Gemfire, Selanne, Jaime, Enterthegame, Summa ( a total toss in both of these )
MVP: Chronicbob
LVP: Jaime
