Assigned times for this weekend

Well we offered a time to tanked and they didnt respond even once

and then countered 3 days ago with WR, which they never responded to

now i check the TWL site and both our TWLJ and TWLB have been assigned the exact same time on Sunday

can we get this adjusted please?
we need one of those 2 matches to be at 16:00 or 4pm EST
