If you took a shark on pallies, you're crazy. Plenty of good sharks around while pallies has about 6 terror fighters better than others.
that being said though i had a hell of a time finding a second shark. Due to the way the rating will go i'll get 13 when they play him, but his team will lose so he's gonna be -7 to start, which is a problem.The only TWO TIME TWLJ All-Star and TWLB All-Star who never played a game.

with the lb section, you pick your 'dream' team, look at the points you receive for each type of ship and use your knowledge about which teams are more likely to win. But since you can only choose one person from each squad, you first pick your favorite teams, then pick the player and there ship you think will get you the most points.Originally posted by DOTSY
With ld and lj, you 'buy' players, like they were stock. Mainly buy a player you think is under-rated with respect to their monetary value, and sell that player when you think they have reached the peak of their value. Their value goes up accordingly to 1) first they have to get played in a game, and 2) how well they did. Since the idea is to get as much money as possible, try to pick players that are especially under-rated, mainly newcomers to twl that start with a value of $300, then sell them when their value has increased a lot, and do it sort of quickly (because as they get higher in value it is likely each consecutive jump in value will be substantially smaller until they get their peak). About halfway through the season, most would have gotten to play, at that point pick the ones, and stick with them, who will increase the most and sell them at the end.
You can bet on match outcomes too. The higher share displayed atm is usually the underdog but those that bet on them will get huge payoffs if they win. I suggest bet as often as you can, you are more likely to win a good deal if you understand the teams strengths, plus ur only betting $5 on each match.
