Guys, negotiation is the reason why we don't have the matches all scheduled at the start of the season. As well, if you negotiate at the start of the week, I think for the most part, people have enough time to work around twl(as nerdish as it sounds). the thing with scheduling is... well there's a few-

ONE- Sundays fellas, Sundays.

TWO- if a team says they CAN NOT play on a given day, they DO NOT get to pick what time on the day they can play. i.e.- if you say "we can't play sunday" you sure as fuck better take whatever time on Saturday we offer, if you can only play 1-2 pm est on saturday you should not be in TWLs

THREE- being in high school and having stuff to do is ludicrous- everyone has stuff to do at different times on different days, those of us out of high school have this thing called "work" and "bills" and "pussy"- so don't give me any "i'm going to grandmas" shit.
