I think ur wrong. BH mite do most of the recruiting and squad running, but obviously poid cares or he wouldnt be on melee yet. I konw when i led tanked i asked poid to join and he said he's w/ melee till it dies, then he will quit SS. I think he cares more then u think

On a side note, there were squads who did go through more then melee did and stayed alive, but i do give props to the guys who stayed loyal even through this rough stretch. Tanked mite of had to fill in some spots after i left and ppl left, but they still had the basic core members stay. YOu have to remember that melee lost probably 3/4 there roster when Rand went and made GV and such. Including 1 captain and other very important ppl

ciggy I was on Melee for a time & trust me POID gives 0 about there players. he don't give much who joins or leaves melee. POID is a bad cap but a good person. I still got my respect 4 him, not everyone stays in there squad when they don't do good.

That may be partly true. Im guessing if i would of stayed there ppl like hannes and stuff wouldnt of left and ajaxee, but u cant never say thats definate. Also i'd like to point out i was only 1 of 3 captains, so it was only 1/3 my squad (mostly the basing part) And they would of made TWLB w/o those games that they "cheated" in anyway.

Randedl left, he's the one who organized Melee i believe (perhaps i'm wrong, but he seemed like the reason it did well last year and it's true leader). Tanked has been around about 3-4 months. Melee has been around longer and had more ups and definately more downs. Melee was also TWLD runners-up last year, and now are (arguably) the worst team in every league. I'd say melee has you beat in the "gone through the worst shit" category.

1) Ragnarok is annoyed because I was monitoring twd games and results from work, and I fired him from ass-cap from work because he was making stupid game calls, in my opinion. Jav games with basers online only, wb games with javs only.. etc. Once fired he quit before I could even login to explain the reason. Meh no loss.

2) As I am busy as heck with RL work and overtime, plus trying to run a social life (gf etc).. I've had to rely on the other caps in Melee to basically run things in my absence. Ragnarok is kinda right in that I don't normally care who comes and goes, heck I hardly know who is on Melee at times. There are those I'm sad to see leave, but those are only the ppl with loyalty and commitment, which doesn't happen often at all.

3) PR and I started melee a couple years back. Randedl also joined us during that time. After PR left, (after TWLJ finalists), Randedl and I were left with less then 10 ppl in Melee and managed to bring it back to life. I left and he continued, with the aid of Anon. After last season both Caps (anon and randedl) left and took most of the Melee players at the time. However, we still qualified for TWL in all 3 leagues. Its not us that made the call on the TWLB. We thought we'd missed out and I was already getting ready for just 2 leagues. We got lucky, period. My opinion, which is what also annoyed Ragnarok., is that I don't honestly care if Melee goes 0-20 in every league, as long as the squad members get to play. For me, we're there so ppl can play, thats about all I care for currently. Even if I wanted to change that, I can't due to RL, so this is good for me.


That rant should explain some of the things ppl have been saying. Everything is as it is, some ppl just care too much and others not at all. Choose your side and enjoy.

if there ware only 3 wbs on & a couple baser or javers i get a game for the wbs and add a baser or jav. Poid, look on your squad rec u guys NVR play,i just did my best to get thoes ppl fit for twl, i nvr but then nvr "host" a game of warbirds with only basers or javer, same for jd. if u want my reason why i left melee look on your board. i posted there why i left, it would not surprise me if a mod (on melee's board) has deleted my post.

If u don't care about TWL why is Melee in it? i mean it is no fun if u loss every game in all 3 league. melee got only 1 win in all 3 league and that was agianst Egyp (the next day they dissolved)

1) We have 2 wins. 1 In wbs and 1 in javs. And we're in TWL to play, as I stated above.

2) You were releaved due to my above stated comments. These were checked with Bosshawk online at the time. When I was going to get home from work that night, Bosshawk and I had decided that I would explain y it was removed, and then give you another chance as long as you were more selective and smart about the games you got. However, you quit before that could take place. Not my problem. But this is all done and in the past.. so meh.

And fyi, that post is still there. I don't care what ppl think, so y would I delete posts. Meh. I don't even know if I have the power to delete posts on our forum. dah well.
