these posts are obviously doing something, because as much as awesome thinks they are unecessary he continues to read them in their entirety.

i already backed off and said whatever, because it seems everyone disagrees.... but, just because i read these threads, doesn't mean i think they're quality or something... i read probably every thread in this forum... including ones about avalonain or whatever else.

you still don't get it do you. Basing isn't about gettin the most kills, even in spider. It's about getting the kills when they matter, and it's about keeping your terr/sharks alive when they are needed, or staying alive long enough to hold an enemy out etc... That's the problem with tehse new go base spiders, all they think about is mvping and all that bs, and when they do, all of a sudden they think they are the new gods of basing. The main reason i never liked you is because of all this hype that surrounded you before the season, the same hype that you yourself tried to build up by claiming to me in go base that you are one of the best spiders in teh game, and the same hype that i still haven't seen you live up to. But whatever, i guess all it takes is one game to show what you're really made of. Hopefully you'll show me what you're really about come playoffs.

And Half the time in what? Go base? The only thing that really matters is leagues, and when it counted, you couldn't show me up. Stick to go base, leave the leagues to the big boys kid.

Maybe, but it's much easier to look awesome when you have a similarly great team around you. Personally while I don't mvp whore I tend to judge myself alot on kills. If your rec is crap then it tends to mean (for me) that either you didn't defend cram well enough, or you weren't effectual on attack, or that you spent most of your time in FR suiciding on flag and spraying bullets in the general direction of the enemy. IMHO. I don't think you see alot of negative rec spiders being hailed for their incredible terr protection skills or their skillful javelin killings. And if Ezo gets 1:1 rec, it's attributed to him having a bad day, and not to Ezo being especially self sacrificing or anything.
