Hey everyone,
This last weekend it was found that Shriek squad co-captain merce, was willfully evading a ban he had been given in Trench Wars in order to compete in TWL matches. He was using the name 'untap' which he registered as a second name on the Shriek roster, and started for Shriek this past weekend in two of their TWL matches. This information was confirmed by TWL-Op Pure_Luck and TW BanG-Op Overstrand, as well as some members of Shriek. I myself witnessed the basing game he played in.
As a Shriek co-captain, merce violated rules 3.02 and 3.04 of the TWL Rules and by doing so has forfeited his squad's right to continue TWL participation. In accordance with the TWL rules regarding Multiple Squad Membership and Cheating: merce will be barred from TWL participation for the remainder of the season, all of Shriek's games from TWL Week 6 will be forfeit regardless of the prior outcome, and Shriek will be removed from TWL participation and replaced by the top ranking TWD squads.
Instances such as this are not tolerated in TWL, especially from squad captains and co-captains.

Now on a lighter note! I'd like to extend an invitation to the following squads for entry into TWL! Here are the rankings as they stand at the time of the openings:

As you can see, TWL is extending invitations for AseVoimat to join TWLD, Whipe to join TWLJ, and Defiancy to join TWLB! All squad captains have been left messages and are expected to respond via email to these invited to trenchwarsleagues@yahoo.com immediately! If not, then we will move on to the next available team on the above rankings list. All squads will start with clean records, but will be participating in league matches each week. (See Rule 2.05 for details)
Good Luck in the leagues to those squads who will be joining TWL as replacement teams! Should be a fun final 4 weeks!
