The trouble with so many of your posts is that you take your opinion and make it sound like a ‘fact’. How can you definitively say what TWL is 'about'?
Everyone plays for different reasons, and if you play to simply win and be competitive, that’s fine. But there are others here for much different reasons, reasons that do include having fun, being a decent human being, having the experience of bringing together a group of disparate folks and forming a coherent team. Racism is not fun, it is hurtful to those it is directed at and distasteful to many others. Racism is about hatred and having a very arrogant and narrow perspective and I think few people will say that racism is fun to be around.
I think it is better for people to keep an open mind, allow for perspectives that might be different than yours, and try to live an honorable life. It is these kinds of people that I want to associate with in my life, even if it is in a 2D online game.

If you really feel the way you state above, then you should reconsider the ‘fun’ part of your signature. Change it to ‘win at any cost’ or something like that.
