Rules state that he is if he didn't join another squad and they contacted a TWL op within 24 hours of his removal from roster.

The TWL "On the Move" page showed he joined Whipe [a twl squad now] before rejoining Disoblige

Yes, it was more than 24 hours PLUS he was in another squad roster in the meanwhile. I'm sorry but if u see the rules he cant play TWL anymore.

Being the truth its pretty sad. Blame the TWL op tho. I know about that rule for some time.. If u leave a TWL roster u can comeback to it if u contact staff within 24 hours.

I hope now u see how much of a saint decypha is lol, he got screwed twice, got axed, cant play TWL anymore and he still accepted to go back.
