TWL All-Star Game

do it based on who makes the all star teams in TWL, usually the best match players are the best duelers anyway (not the case for everyone).

That's from the Annual Warbird Tournament post. I think it would be cool to apply an all-star game to TWL.

What I think: Teams that make it into playoffs get 1 player and teams that win final get 2 players (i had to deviate from traditional baseball all star teams of choosing like 2,3 or even 4 from teams b/c they have 9 players + subs, twl obviously only has 5 so we have to shrink it.) You do this for each TWLJ and TWLD league.

This idea adds some incentive to play better and to have a team strive to make playoffs. For TWLJ and TWLD I would probably decide by either W:L Ratio, Squad Captains pick or squad vote.

TWLB would be a little more difficult. I'd say from TWLB Final winner I'd say 3 people. 2 from the runner up and 1 from the other squads.

This is what I'm thinking, possibly. The TWLB Final winner's terrier is automatically in. The team can choose to waive this and in place of a terrier they get a 4th pick. Then it goes to the runner up and they use their terrier.

Just an idea.

Personally I would say that we enforce a rule of subsititution. After a certain point in the game of time limit or after certain number of deaths (in twld/j) The team must put in one of their subsitutes. That way everyone gets to play.

OR you can set up the subsitution sort of like hockey subsitutions. Just pick and pull people out at different times but everyone has to play a certain time limit. Like, you can put a sub in, he has to play for 3:00 mins. After that, if he sucks it up, the person who he replaced can be put back in. And you have to do that for every single person in your starting line. This would have to be manually set up obviously b/c i don't think anyone has programmed a bot to do that. Dunno. I can't program.

I personally think that this would be pretty fun and add a new layer to the TWL experience.

dele was 9-1 at one point

the rest of alf just sucked ass in that game and eventually kam and dele couldnt win in a 3v2 situation at the end because of the third guy with them :x

I think every squad should have 1 person representing there squad, even if they dont get to play (bc there are subs and such) I mean u have the obvious all-stars and i could name a few off the top of my head, but all-star game shouldnt be syndicate vs -f- and so on. There are players who are pretty good and carry there teams so far that should get recognition of atleast being on the team.

Examples: Everest in terr for BC. Obviously brook/myth and others are considered better, and will make playoffs, but i think every game BC came close to winning, or won Everest had a big part to do with it and probably carried them most of the way. Yet he wouldnt get voted on all-star team bc he isnt considerd a top 2 terr and so on. There are other ppl i could name over and over, and they deserve there props, yet wont get them bc we dont have a limit per team.
