or i have a new suggestion, but more things could go wrong: this twdt is captained by mostly all midtier players (average 7-8 star per division) and have those interested submit their applications to Ease and he judges who is most suitable, where violence would fit perfectly. gives more of a tossup rather than having the best players always cap, but this is only a suggestion.

Let's try to give some other people a chance to cap. There's nothing wrong with 6-8 mid tier caps, either a strong one leaguer or decent all around player. Capping really isn't that hard and drafting is actually kinda fun.

If we run 8 teams, it's probably best to have 8 mid-tier captains (like Tiny), as it is almost impossible to get 8 multi-league beasts (like Dreamwin/Zidane).

You can have someone like Violence be captain if he's good at running a team. It works. Draft had a lot of success running Ruby.
