TWLD Playoff Predictions

Gonna go out on a limb and assume we beat BS by 6, cuz well, they've been lucky if they've shown 4 players, let alone all 5 starters, and even then I don't think itd matter, so the matches will be:

Pallies - Sk8 Sk8 has played very well this season, but I gotta go with Pallies here, they have a lot of ex-Siege and a can field a 5 man lineup that is arguably the best in the league (banzi, blood, vihta, mattey, and code or sleepy)

Pirates - Syndicate I won't pick one here as I am obviously biased, but I believe it will be a close, good game. This or pallies/sk8 for ld of the week.

Disoblige - Grapevine With Diso having been soundly beaten by Pirates last week and GV coming off a very impressive and dominating win over powerhouse Syndicate, I just can't see how Diso could pull this off. Assuming Tys, Mega, and MK show up this won't even be a contest.

Ancients - -Final- Yeah, I know, predictable, but saying -F-'s first loss will come against a so-so ancients team is just too thin of a limb for me. Raspi, Sika, Domi to keep the -F- train rolling.

i dunno if i agree with the disoblige reasoning.

before the game warportal was telling me about how that game time was bad for them (even though it seemed like sunday at 2 pm est is the best that diso would want) but they had a hard time showing 5 for the game anyways.

i still think diso has it in them to beat a lot of squads out there (especially in javs)... it could be a better game(s) then we predict

Pirates vs Syndicate could get interesting if Syndicate doesn't pick it up after their loss to grapevine. Of course demonfaze went 1-10 in Elusive's last regular season twld game last season and then they ended up winning it all.

in our pre-season game vs. them, we had 3 guys at 2:1 until the 2 others went out and then the game got shot to hell... but it was just pre-season.

sadly, the only match in the opening round i can see as being an upset is ours. the others will be blowouts. Diso can't keep up with the finals, syndicate's etc...

We need one round of warmup imo to get all these inactive starters to pick up their shit. If they do tho, a line of blood banzi vihta sleepy weasel and mattey can keep up with/rock anybody.
Add code/koan/luke/lethe/swimkid/ronin/me, and i think we can at least make it to conference finals.
