Squads die after a leader leaves because the people following him/her leave. In RB's case there has been so much turnover that the original followers are few. That is both the reason for heaven leaving (at least part of it) and the reason there won't be a mass exodus...it already happened.

What remains now is to see how good of a leader baha is and if RB can get active again. It is basically a "new" squad again.

And concealed, I'm not sure if you're talking about heaven but he was a very effective coach/manager that among other things set the direction/tone of the squad, put leaders around him that could execute that "vision", and got out of the way when it was appropriate.

Well i think we can all say paladen is about 1/10 of what they once were in skills. RB mite be able to stay alive but they wont be near as competative. Thats what i meant by my post. Any squad can be kept alive if the leaders dont care atleast a little about winning/performing.

he was a good guy and i liked him geek, but he was hardly ever on. Obviously i would prefer that he stayed, but im just trying to be positive.

Once squads get so far down the hole they cant be braught back up. A few examples. Paladen/Cripples/Melee/WildFire. There are more those are just the one that i can think of rite now. Its very rare that u can build a squad up once it hits such a low note. It is duable...but very very hard.

Ya only time can tell, but i have my chips stacked up against RB being competative in TWL. They mite make TWL and be much like melee was last season, but i dont think they'll pose a threat.

Well i did say it can happen JUst said its very rare. I actualy hope RB can do it bc i do like baha and some of there members, but its an awful hard task to do in such a short time.

RB will stay alive as long as people want it to live. It will be nothing like it was...complete basing morons (at least I was) turned into a 6-4 TWL season team. Practice hard enough and they might do it again, only with 99% new faces.

Bahamut-zero is an extremely capable captain and their roster does seems pretty active. Plus they have Public Assassin, a rising star and definite twlb contender. I think they have a shot if they just work at it and don't dissolve or giveup.

i decided it was time to leave. The influx of newbys really agitated me, so i decided that it was time to go our separate ways, but it was a good month or more that i had with them, and a lot of guys are my good friends, however only 8-12 members were good enough to even get a decent game against anyone, so i decided i would head to greener pastures..
