To clear up any misconceptions

Syndicate is finished as planned. Noticed some people inquiring and even making predictions with Synd in them next season so I made this post to clear that up. The leaders knew from an early point on that this would be a one season thing, regardless of the outcome. The outcome was excellent and
unprecedented in TW-two championships . Thanks to Faze, 2d, Spam and all my squaddies who made Synd a great squad to be a part of.

Good Luck to all of next season's TWL squads. It's good to see the zone and leagues thriving.

Most of us Elu guys are retiring from competitive play . Been two-three seasons of fun for us. Good to see that some of the younger generation of Synd will be staying active.

Ya they arent technicaly the "best" players in the game. THey were the best "team" in the game. Sure they were among the top players in the game, but not all the best. They were well adapted and played there style very well with each other. Now that they are spread apart it'll be harder for some of them. Even tho some of the synd fellas grouped together in venom already.

Also respect to our finals competition.

Grapevine came real close. Just like Melee. Rand liked to make a lot of predictions on boards but that seems to be just his way . I think if GV stays alive and competitive they have a very good shot at winning in season 8.

Pallies- Last week was probably one of the toughest times for your squad. Each season Pallies has gotten better, I remember when it was a new squad with new players. I would of liked to see Banzi play in that finals. What I have always admired about Pallies is they are friendly people who contribute a lot to trench and stick toghether.

Other squads Synd met in playoffs

-Final- - owned up this season. Players trench had not seen real active in years got back toghether and shined at times. Having played with the original core of -F- players I have respect for these guys.

Disoblige- It was nice to see you in javs =p. Diso was less competitive this season, but still made it to playoffs in 3 leagues. Your squad seems like a close group..respect how you chose making changes even if it cost you some.

Pirates- A squad with potential and three friendly leaders. If Pirates makes right choices can see them going further in both leagues next playoffs.

Sk8- Been around forever, often make the playoffs. Noticed some leadership changes but I expect to see Sk8 around. Thanks to Skeleton who introduced me to this game so many years ago.

Anti-Scrub- I don't really know any of these guys aside from leaders . What I do know is they have been around forever, and really earned this years TWL-B championship.

Synd was a good squad, and with almost all of the Elusive-Syndicate players leaving for good from competitive play, it seems like a new bunch will now get a chance to win TWL

Well that always happens u numnut Last season it was Value 1st with the power players, they died. Then Fire came, they died. IT always happens, and usualy only 1-2 of them stay alive (-f- last season)

You really should think about what you say, just because your in Anti-Scrub you talk like having a squad thats one word is something bad. Look around, most squads are one word.

On another note, weather or not you respect the warbirds and javelins as much as basers you should know that we'll be playing base also this season and respect equally all squads no matter what leagues they end up qualifying for or playing.

Just to let you know its not about being a 'superleet' squad, many friends have gathered in Venom. We do have chats just like everyone else you know?

With that said, good luck to all of the new squads that have formed and all of the previous ones. Let the games begin. :up:
