Nobody is going to vote for 4 spider max because either people don't have anything else but 5 spiders to play with or they THINK they can beat 5 spiders with their 4-1 lineup anyway. Because you aren't going to use a non-spider ship anyway unless you believe it's stronger than a 5-spider line.
So basicly it's the ops who have to decide wether they think 4 spider max will both attract new players to the basingscene and keep the old ones.
I don't think 10 spidergames look very attractive to the public, and personally I don't like those games either, and I don't see more than 4 squads using anything but 5 spiders this season.
So I say that the ops should just enforce it as BWC did because it worked fine.You ate some priest porridge
