Alright, to answer anduril's question.

1.) People join a SEPERATE frequency and talk to people who support the same team as them.

2.) If it would be a whole lot of bot work and hassle I don't suggest it. (At least not for this twl) It is way to close for them to have to deal with insignificant things like this. Cause from what I have seen over the last few years this thing is a bitch to organize and they need to only do whatever they feel needs to be done. (this is y i support the map idea becus the squads make the maps and not the ops.)

I like tyrome's idea too but i dont know how much ppl would use it bc they frequently like to be on spec chat w/ everyone to voice there opinions, but if it isnt alot of work i'd like it.

I Guess maybe we can show you our fabulous map MAYBE, jerome has been cooking something up real sexy. If you want ideas, go to Hockey Zone and check out the teams arenas and shit. Like they put their own logo in the CI and just do a bunch of crazy shit. They also have their own soundtrack for each Team so when you enter the arena it plays out, or at least they used to do that when i played rshl years ago. But that would be cool to do here.

I made a post in here yesterday right before servers went down, it's gone now.. guess I will just rewrite it in case it doesn't show up anymore.

I was asking rodge rabbit if the staff would change the CFG files, this has to be addes at CFG file > [Misc] Arenafiles=basingcrew.lvz. I can not do this because I don't have the trenchwars settings.

For ALL squads who are serious about TWL,

You should get working or get a map done for your squad for TWL. The maps have to be exactly the same as the normal TWL maps, But can differ cosmetically. This meaning you can change the color and look of the tiles, and add logos and stuff. Any maps with hidden tiles or anything like that won't be accepted. This goes for all three leagues and for an example take a look at ?go #rb(except #rb map has all three in one map, You would need to have one map for each league). If none is submitted by the deadline(which will be announced when we announce the TWL squads) Then a default map will be used. Thanks

Do you mean actually being put on the Spastic or Anti-Scrub squad frequency? The frequency where their members are? If so, people could spam their frequencies out, and it would be a mess. It would prove quite distracting.

If you mean separate frequencies that people can join to talk about and support whichever squad they want, it's not a bad idea. I'm not sure how much bot work it would include, but if it will create lag or bot problems, it's definitely not worth it.

Half the fun of speccing a TWL match is arguing about the teams with other players. As far as I know you can still change freqs before the arena gets locked, and you don't get thrown out. (or then you could just ask a non-host staffer to put you on a different freq)

A few questions:

1) So we are allowed "cosmetical changes", do these include messing with the safes etc (not the warp-points, but the safe layout)? Maybe changing the asteroids on roof to a wall/removing them?

2) Anyone know where I could find the season 5 (or 4?) tileset? I've been looking for it and the best one I can find is in ?go enigma but it's missing a few tiles I think.
