I dont think Pure_Luck agrees but believe me guys, we have 16 capable teams of being competitive in TWLB.

Venom (have not won any hard games)
Juice (just started up but may be a strong team, time will tell (I doubt it))
Eden (no idea who this is but they will lame theirselves into TWLB and get raped over and over)
Sage (?)
Murderers (by the looks of it should NOT be in TWLB but will)
Sk8 and Melee from last year should not be in TWLB at all.


Now I may have forgotten someone but there is not even 12 decent squads let alone 16.

Wrong.

Fizzy and Chino are great basers, no doubt, but they simply have no depth in spiders. Having your starting javs be your starting spiders for basing isnt usually a great idea, considering these javs have vfery limited basing experience.

Think about it this way: Put the up against these teams, best line vs best line, will they even have a chance?

They can't beat ANY of those squads best line vs. best line. Just because sk8 has a good chance versus Murderers, doesn't mean they'll have a chance vs. a good basing squad.

Ur still forgeting that -f- seems to be back alive and i imagine will be in TWLB as well! Ur also not putting BasingCrew onur list who is an alrite basing team.

Plus i think both Melee and Sk8 are better then last season, but i dont think they are real compatition either, but i think they defeinaly belong in TWLB bc they are making strides to become better year after year. Just like last year there weill only be a few teams who have a "real" shot at winning the cup, but i think we got enough teams to field 14 squads.

Now thats 17 teams who i think all "deserve" a spot in TWLB. Now sure they arent all "top" teams but its not always about that, if a team shows progress over some time then its worth them goin 0-10. BC was horrible last season but through the season they gto better and better. Thats what we need to kep basing alive. Of course only 14 get in so 3 of those u could knock off the list, but i definatly think we should keep it 14.

People keep saying there should only be 14 teams in TWLB due to the lack of competitive squads. Allowing 16 teams would mean having 2 more teams who are interested in basing and in the long run this will INCREASE the competitiveness of the league. More people interested = bigger pool of players = more competitiveness. Get it?

Correct me if I'm wrong, but wouldn't it be the first 14 teams excluding the last season's TWL competitors? I think that list would look a lot different.

there are 7 teams who are in TWLB already. (spastic, mambo, inc, diso, pallies, a-s, -f-) so that means the top 7 other then them squads will be in TWLB. I was making a list of teams who i thought would be a good fit for TWLB, who we know probablyw ouldnt die midseason and have a decent game most of the time.

Burnt: i agree with u, but i think the thing is there is only abotu 10 teams who can have a good competative game over and over (if that many squads) so ifu have 14 teams i think u got 2-4 teams who "suck" but are in there for the "experience" and so on, but thats why i said sk8 and basingcrew are worthy of there spot. They mite not make playoffs, but they increased all through last TWLB and in theo ff-season, lets see if they'll increase even more now.

If the season were to begin today u'd have:

Mambo, spastic, a-s, pallies, diso, incuria, -f-, Dice, Rb, BC, Eden, sage, venom, sk8. Thats assuming -f- automaticaly gets there spot back plus has 50% of roster and whatnot, and as i look @ that list i think its a good list w/ the exception of Eden possibly bc they dont bd w/ more then 6...but who would replace them? Melee/pirates/juice? I still think its a good list.

Didn't -f- get removed from twd because of total inactivity? If so, they have to requalify (which wouldn't be that hard for them I imagine).
