TWL Cutoff Date and Quals

Because I'm bored I'll do the same thing with TWLB.

Squads qualified and likely to return:

1. Anti-Scrub
2. Spastic
3. Mambo
4. Incuria
5. -Final- (depends on who rejoins but it looks like they will get over 50%)

Pallies is still in TWBD but I don't think they have 50% of their old roster.
Disoblige same deal.

That leaves 9 spots open out of the 14 spots in TWLB. I think this is a pretty sad TWLB lineup this season, but I guess no worse than last year. BasingCrew should be in there somewhere to take over for one of the weaker squads. Disoblige will get murdered if they decide to take part in TWLB with their abandoned roster, and Eden, Ancients and Melee will probably all be fighting for the last 3 spots. :P At least the competetion between the top 10 or so squads looks pretty good.

if you think BC is a good squad you are most def confused. Ancients plays some decent squads, they try, their timezone is too fucked up to play anyone else. Most of their games consist of under 7v7 cause thats all other squads have online at the time. Personally they have a good basing lineup, if only they could be on during Peak times according to the American timezone.

BasingCrew will not dissolve and I think we can still be a contender this league.

Everest has been doing real bad in terrier lately and acting real bad in squad chat etc. I don't really mind he left us, it was kinda set up.

WBM is a pretty big loss for us, but I think he will rejoin us before league.

PA has been squadkicked for trying to start up fights within the squad all the time, and trying to start up fights with other squads (leaving bad comments to nme squad after BD's)

Musashi hasn't been playing for a long time, and he will probably not be able to play this league anyway.

We have been loosing allot to the weaker squads lately in TWBD's but we have also beaten allot of top squads the weeks before with pretty much the same lineups. We will start BDing easy squads to get some points back and getting our moral and confident back for this league.

Unless I'm missing something (which is probable, given the hour), I don't see how you automatically qualify since you're well below the required 50%.

Nikolai, exquisite, singer, and zapata also were on roster last season. Nikolai and zapata both left in the off-season but they returned and i dont think that matters.


So they got 11/29 wh ich still isnt 50% but its close.

Well what cig said is true, however some of those guys joined during TWL during last year, technically they weren't allowed to play, but they were on my roster, and they still count as being half of my roster from LAST SEASON when I recruited them. Right? If not, people gotta clarify this more, cause the TWL rosters dont mean crap to me, peopel that I got during the season count on my season roster. and Roi, Awesome idea! $$ And we also have two people twice on roster kim and awesome, and we could easily remove inactives then add them again to get in, thats no problem. Tell us the date of qualifying and I'll quick remove so I get half if I dont already have it!

Removing inactives won't help. All you need is 50% of last season's roster, no matter how many players you have now.

Pirates would qualify for TWLD/TWLJ anyway through their TWD rankings alone.
