TWL squad selection

But can we select the squads that are going to be in twl as of Jan 8? I think we should stick to the Jan 8 date for a lot of reasons but mostly cause if u are going to set another date you'd have questions of fairness and such because this squad would complain that they didn't get in because of this or that squad would complain that so and so benefited unfairly at because of said of the new date, valid or not I think there would just be less room for whining if we stuck to Jan 8th. Thanks.
