lol, you're lucky you have Bot-Killer Kim to save you from an opening 50-37 loss to us yesterday, then having some fool (garrincha) spec before the match starts to forfeit round 3 of the second match, then win our 3rd game 2-1. So that's 3 rounds apiece.

not that I'm pretending anyone even really tried, that TWL is even near the same caliber (although hercules seemed to think so after the match - "welcome to TWL") or that the lineups will resemble the ones there (they won't), but aside from the fact you've lost some vet dders since last season you also lost to Gantz and Syne 2-0 and 2-0 respectively, and you're considered one of the better dd squads in TWL. Yet you think they'll all bomb?

Maybe you'll end up being right, but probably for the wrong reasons. I included Syne because of their current recruiting and Paky's unstability, not their level of talent. And in a season that's only one round per game, I wouldn't be so self-assured. But if you wan't to be content with naming off everyone that's new and basque in the safety of status quo, by all means, go ahead.

Sk8 isnt all that bad in basing. THey probably wont make playoffs but they arent horrible.

Cig, Pallies can do something in javs anyday honestly. Don't say they're inactive or they aren't the same as they used to be. This is continuum not the NFL. You don't have to play everyday to still be good enough to upset. And I don't think we'll flop in the other leagues... mostly cause we're not really expected to even put up an effort. You know what I mean.

But if I were to choose a flop in each league, I might say

Rapid in LD, I think they'll do about average, whereas they could be playoff material, I can see them missing out on the last spot again

Spastic in LJ, Just can't see them doing very well, who knows I could get surprised.

I tempted to say Juice in LB just to piss of apt :P, But i'm gonna say RB, mostly cause i have been watching the basing scene, and it seems like they have recruited a bunch of newer guys who are probably all mediocre spiders. Maybe I'm wrong

i agree.

while pallies certainly isn't what it was last year, i think that if they manage to stay above .500 early on they'll gradually get better and perhaps peak at the right time around playoffs.

i could picture them getting into playoffs as 3rd or 4th in either league then pulling some major upsets with their wiley veterans and newer recruits (if they gel during the season). if they flop, however, it's really only by comparison to former pallies iterations.
