Or we can get a website with a list of the teams in LB and let everyone who wants to vote (1-14) in seeds and then we set the conferences up on what the majority of ppl think. Or we could just let the ops choose the conferences like we have for the past few years and i thought it worked just fine.

In season 6 I just got the captains of the top 6 squads which were in all 3 leagues to rank the teams. Then we averaged those using a large matrix, and placed the conferences accordingly using a preset formula. The theory was that each of the best squads would want to screw eachother over with rankings in conferences (the formula for conference placement according to squad rank was posted on forums), and that would average out. The captains of the other 10 squads in each subleague were not consulted because I didn't think it mattered anyway for squads that probably wouldn't win TWL.
