That's how conferences were chosen last season too, except not all captains got to vote, just the captains of the more stable squads.Comment

My bad then I had thought league ops had made all the choices last years. Teks probably wont do well record wise but if they get experience on a competative level and they keep there players maybe they'll be good in time.
