Squadhoppers shouldn't be on staff, they are screwing up squads with leaving them and showing a bad attitude there wich doesn't belong on staff.

Why does changing squads need to imply a bad attitude? How do squads get screwed up by one guy joining and then leaving?

Swimkid played for awhile, and we were happy to have him. He moved on afterwards and I hope he's enjoying whatever squad he's on.

My guess is the only reason he was on pallies so long is bc he was there after the roster lock and couldnt leave or would be stuck w/o TWL the whole season. I didnt want this to turn into a bashing on swimkid, but this thread was say ppl who hop and i noticed him changing alot lately. Plus i dont think staff and squads should be related at all.

First off all, yes of course the profile I posted is obviously fake. How would someone be on like 10 squads at once? I just found that funny fuckup on the TWL site and posted it here.

Second of all, squadhopping just shows a lack of loyalty I guess, and it doesn't really seem like you can trust someone that hops a lot. I know a lot of people have been rejected on Spastic polls because the person was a known squadhopper. Wouldn't you rather have someone that is loyal to the squad for 6-12 months rather than someone that will play a few TWD games and leave 2 weeks later?

Thats true, but sometimes it just takes the person a few squads to realize what he really wants. Once he finds it he mite be loyal for life, u can never judge when a person will chose to stay or not just bc he left a few squads in the past. Although some ppl u know will just never sit on 1 squad. I know i personaly wouldnt want to be on a squad who is all uptight and just about winning. I want a chat that keeps me busy whileno TWD/TWL is going on. I could be on the best squad in the world (record wise) but if its boring then i'd leave bc i'd get bored. I dont know how others think but im sure most of the time there are reasons for them leaving, not just bc they think the other squad is better.

Changing squads shows they are not loyal to other players/people.
Being in a squad is like being in a community showing no interest in this and just going wherever you like instead of picking a squad carefully wich you will stay on and get to know the players on this squad and try to help it is way more respective in my opinion and shows a good attitude.

Ya but forcing someone to stay loyal to a squad they dont like bc they are staff is stupid. You have to remember this is a game and if u dont like something you should be able to get away from it.
