It's kinda a weird rule. But the jist is (I think) to get ppl involved in leagues. Plus it sorta is a safeguard against no-shows.

It's to prevent no shows. But it is kind of silly since any twl squad under 10 could just add some random pubber no problem.

And it's even more silly since once again one squad doens't get punishment for violating rules... Not that i have anything against dva, but this just doesn't work.

DVA is a dueling squad, 9 is more than enough.

A basing squad is allowed to have 10 members, and a dueling squad is not allowed to have 9 members? seems kinda stupid to me.
