The whole season feels incredibly lackluster, and I don't expect that to change by the time playoffs roll around. The fact is we just don't have any epic (as epic as spaceships can be anyway) battles going on these days. The days of Siege/Elu rivalries or Crips/WF rivalries or even Pallies/Diso rivalries are now long gone. Sure, we have some decent matchups this season, but there's nothing to stir up some excitement. The matches themselves are, by and large, snore fests, and there isn't any out of game shit going on to keep some feathers ruffled.

no squad really hates another squad now. Sk8 and Pirates match up pretty well in a 3 squads, but they're both nice. The prime time of most of these squads are gone - now the new squads need to bring some fuss.

I agree, there are no good twld games this week. The only one that is going to be close is the Ancients vs Dragons. If Pallies lose to Syne, I would think heads would roll... Diso vs Simulate could possibly be fun to watch, but there aren't really any direct "rivalries" this round.

This is a bunch of bullshit. What about week 2? Did you die and miss what took place that week? There were sooo many damn upsets, which makes for a very good season. I don't like seeing squads go 10-0 since it takes the fun out of the league. Its just that week 4 doesn't seem to have any room for upsets to occur. But if one does, it'll make the season that much better.
