Why lock scheduling

why do u lock sheduling differently every fucking week. I wanted to wait till friday mid day to propose a time to dragon cuz i was waiting for 1 players work schedule b4 scheduling. I thought i would be able to do this because you didnt lock the scheduling until like friday night last time, but of course you cant do it the same every week. Rapid will probably forfeit because i dont think anyone can make it at 5pm est sunday, thanks for being ***********.
