Ok let's see if I got it right

Up until now, I've added 7 hours to the EST time for our TWL games
Last night we turned our clocks one hour forward in Finland --> Now I should add 8 hours to EST to get our match time?

And next weekend EST changes too so then I'll count 8 hours for friday/saturday games and 7 hours again for sunday games?

Don't know what Central time you live in, but I have to change my clocks 2 times a year. (Spring Forward, Fall Back)

Rogue is half-right, he's from Arizona like me. Arizona doesn't do daylight savings, so half the year we're on MST, the other half we're on Pacific.

I don't understand why we aren't using GMT it's always the same and even time doesn't change at the same time everywhere then everybody would know that GMT is always the same and compair own time to GMT.

Oh Jebu, reading your posts is always a grammatical adventure.

We could use any time format we want, they're all equally convertible. How ever, since Eastern Time is a relatively happy medium between Pacific Time and euro time, and because the server is hosted there, we use Eastern Time.

GMT was in use in last BWC. It was still DST and all games begun one hour too early.
