Are TWD and TWL rosters seperate? Can a player be on the TWD roster of a squad but not be on the TWL roster?

Ya i thought the captians of any twl squad had to pick their 25 man roster, and the rest were just on the twd roster...I think it went that way -

You can be on TWD but not TWL, you can be on both, but I don't think it's possible to be only on TWL and not TWD.5: Da1andonly> !ban epinephrine
