Epi, I think that Quote defeats itself. Your giving them the spots to reward their stability and ongoing activity, but by doing so, this normally active/stable squad cares alot less because they know they're in anyhow - and goes deeper into inactivity.
I like the IDEA of rewarding these squads, but I dont think it works :/
