I was only replying to Drow's point on a possible way to turn a lose-lose situation into a win-win one. I don't give a fuck what Sika does or doesn't do. I am not asking Sika, or any one else, to accommodate me in any fashion. And Drow, I was not even talking about your squad when I discussed "accusations", I was talking about all squads and in general. geez.
The only point I was making is that if Sika's creditability is poor, it is a bed he HELPED make. Of course I agree that SOME of it is about people who don't like him due to his skills, this is obvious. If you guys don't want to believe that his previously being banned for cheating contributes to some people's negative perspective when it comes to things like trust, it is your prerogative.

Why is it, we're the only league that has trouble starting anywhere close to our goal dates? Why-like Bike said-can't we use the TWD bots? I really don't know why and would love some actual, non-assholish responses to these.

Raspi does have a point though. You don't see many good warbirds complaining that sika cheats. Cept maybe Hercules...but I said GOOD warbirds.

As far as I've been told, last league was actually run with adaptions of the twd bots. They were unstable during season because of connectivity problems and hence they were stable near the end when that was solved. They're not being used now because... (your guess is as good as mine)

No, it doesn't. Your train seemed to have jumped tracks after the first question. Perhaps you meant "Eph, if you were offering to help code the bots, would you remove yourself from your squad" or "Eph, shut up you poopie head".

Is this situation a "if Sika doesn't help, TWL will fail" type thing? Hasn't Sika helped on a few other TWLs and people still find a way to complain about every season?

If a person is so benevolent, then why not excuse yourself from any league play and not be on any squad's roster?

That makes it a win-win situation. He not only would be helping the community, but would show everyone who doubts him that they are wrong. He could still be in his squad's chat, enjoying the camaraderie and friendships.

To be honest, I floated this idea several years ago for all staffers. No reason that someone can not simply take a leave of absence from staff if they really felt the need to play in a certain league season. But why not remove yourself, and your squad, from the 'line of fire' and plethora of accusations, finger pointing, suspicions?
