u fucking moron, the whole thing where he changed the most was from when FO recruited him, FO died and then BC picked him up with the help of me trying to convince Sumpson.

THATS where he changed, hes an absolute prick now but he hasn't realized that without FO he'd still be mourning over the dissolvation of "Battered"

dwopple's attitude changed when he left BC last time and no he didn't get better shark in pandora he was ok shark during BC too (2nd time) and Cig Smoke been like that for few years. I think everybody should quit SS this is just sad how these guys fight here like girls :grin:

IMO:

1. Dice - ...Amazing spids to say the least
2. Syndicate - Best line is great
3. Pandora - strong cram, good cram breakers
4. Anti-Scrub - screws around in twd, will be powerful in twl
5. -FINAL- - Great top line when its on
6. BasingCrew - still strong to be a force
7. Disoblige - Solid Team
8. Spastic - strong with terrs, decent sharks
9. Sk8 - can hold a cram farly well
10. Ancients - losing Zizu will hurt
11. SLAM - Wont make playoffs, but a growing basing squad
12. Passion - loss of some of their better basers has cost them
13. Camisade - If active and qualify
14. TeKs - Just don't feel they have the depth to perform well

ok, heres my twld predictions than, nothing will be in order.

1.Syndicate: My squad so I cant brag bout it, but I rate them #1 in twld. Yes mega newbie was a bad loss, he was important in wb and basing but nothing to complain over because we have many good wbs and will be very competetive against -F- and GV. This is what I think the line would look like in my opinion, dont know exactly though.

lineup: demonfaze, fireballz, Raspi, Escalate, Stripes
Backups: Colonel/Nikolai/FieryFire/Amputate
Key Player: demonfaze


2.Grapevine: Well, ya at first when I saw this squad get remade again I thought it was gonna go nowhere, but I was wrong. GV looks stronger than it did season 7 and will be very competetive this twl, and now that they stole mega newbie from synd they got an even bigger chance of winning.

lineup: Mega Newbie, Randedl, Mythril, MetalKid, Kid Kaos
Backups:Janitor/Audit/Eternal/Cranium/Rebirth/Swimkid/scoop/elven
Key Player: Mega Newbie


3.-Final-:3rd competetive squad with a pretty nice wb line. With what they have they might pull it off and get into the finals and win, players like sika can have really good games but than could have really bad games as I seen from him, we'll see how -f- does this season.

lineup: Sika, Domi. Ardour, scorch, Poozzman
Backups: Jack/Reaver/death row/owner
Key player: Sika


4.Sk8: the squad that does well but the main player to watch out for is Ease. I expect him to probably do one of the best this season and carry sk8 through some victories and get them to playoffs, but no further than that. There are some others on sk8 you cant underestimate either.

Backups: Predator Rulez/Junka/Evoce/Burnt (would be a starter if active)
Key player: Ease


5.Dice: squad to find decent this twl, not to dangerous but you could expect them to pull off some major upsets. They will make playoffs and put up a good fight against squads like sk8 and maybe the other top squads.

6.United Force: You dont see much of this squad and is definetly underated, but they have a pretty good line and if all their starters show up I expect them to do well in twl and get into playoffs, if their players dont show up then.... no hope.

7.Heavy: ok so I been hearing alot about heavy and seen their players and games, and it is looking pretty decent. It will be hard to say how they will do this twl but since there are more competetive teams this season than last season I expect them to go another 5-5 this twl.

Backups: Sphinktor/Ward/Hostility/Heavenly/Claushouse

8.Disoblige: not as strong as they used to be obviously, but I believe they will beable to barely pull it off into playoffs as #8, close call though. I havn't seen diso play that much but I would put them around where heavy is.

Backups: Da1andonly(would be starter if active)/Decypha/Eeks/Kuukunen

9.Quicksand:This squad probably has the best teaming I've seen thats why they are good. I should put heavy at #9 cuz I forgot about this squad but w/e to lazy to change everything up. Good wbs, great teaming.

Backups: Kthx/Revolve/Surfer
Key player: Izor

10.Shinobi:ya I should've put shinobi up there but oh well, shinobi picked up alot of wbs quick and been owning up. TWL is different so hard to put them in the spot but seeing them in twd will make it look good for them in twl with all the practicing they put in.

11.Pirates:Can't see them making playoffs because they are a jav squad ofcourse, but for a jav squad they have some good wbs to fill in.

I cant really think of any other squads so here is the top 11.

Exactly, and if pan was around i'd have to agree. U and him were dominant together. You knew how to read each others moves and knew how to react to each problem together, much like me and a2m.

Dwop: i can brag about the skills i have bc i played long enough to do it, and i actualy won a title and started in the title game. You havent, im not bashing u and i still consider u a "friend" on this game, i jsut think that ur ego grew a bit and ur different (didnt say it was a bad thing) You have the talent to be good if u drop the tude and take advice like u were on Pandora.

jebu: i can only say this over and over, im not fat. That picture of me was when i was 15 years old, im now 20 years old. Times change, ppl change, Im sure im not the 1st person in the history of the world to stop eating fast food and lose weight. I try telin this to ppl who think they know me irl but i guess its really a lost cause since most of these ppl are children. Plus bout fast food, i think its gross and it dont even taste good, i never really did like it.

PS. keep the "a2m is awesome" posts coming, I'm loving the attention. Last time I got this much attention, I was the "not player of the week" in like season 6 or 7.
PPS. I'm not even as good as I used to be... as far as I'm concerned, I'm just average now... I'm not even an offensive shark like I used to be... Constantly sharking with shitty partners on ice and certain points of dice made me defensive.

Hehe, nice try, you're still damn good . But yes, I feel your pain. You're always forced to play it safe when your shark partner keeps changing and/or isn't up to the task. It's weird, though. Despite basing becoming vastly more popular, the top terrs/sharks seem to be the same, year after year. Does all the new talent go to spids or something?

PS. I wish they'd move the server back to Finland or sink it somewhere in the Atlantic Ocean. The lag f*cks up my reps, give me back my 10ms.

TWLB is just not easy or fun to make comments on. In HZ you can talk about puck control, checking, goalieing, steals etc. In DSB you can talk about N S E W regions, flag control, and killing. TWLB doesn't have any real nuances of strategy to talk about =(. All the comments are the same:

"Mr so and so and his partner are awesome shark pairs. They have awesome timing."

"Our terr is aggressive and gets 50 kills a game from that one leet burst spot."

"Superduper spider man is a killing machine with a 150-50 rec."

TWLB is just not easy or fun to make comments on. In HZ you can talk about puck control, checking, goalieing, steals etc. In DSB you can talk about N S E W regions, flag control, and killing. TWLB doesn't have any real nuances of strategy to talk about =(. All the comments are the same:

It's just because people are uninformed . For example sharking alone, in addition to repping and dying (skill in itself), there are other elements to sharking, such as: When not to rep, positioning, estimating rep angles, thoughtful/careful use of mines, identifying bad mines & threats to terr, repping shrap (deserves a mention), mine/bomb rushing, tanking (see: 'when not to rep"), deciding whether to clear or use nmy mines, deciding when to push and when to hold (protect spids), always knowing where your terr/shark partner is.

The problem is that the handful of the good sharks (you know who you are) still around are relatively good in all of these areas. They're always in the right place, don't unintentionally rep stuff at their team (sometimes you need to sacrifice a spid, hehe unless lagged or forced and generally always know what to do, identify chances and take them. Sharking is a thinking game as far as I'm concerned. If people think it's just about timing (which it mainly is about in cramming situations), no one can help it.
